Do I need to be touring full-time to use the Remote Tour Manager service?
Not at all. We have a plan for weekend warriors and one for full-time road dogs. Whether you’re playing two shows a month or thirty, we’ve got you.

What exactly does a Remote Tour Manager do?
We handle all the advance work, like confirming logistics with venues, communicating tech and hospitality needs, and organizing info into an easy-to-follow format. You just show up and play.

Will you talk directly to the venues?
Yes! We handle all communication in advance so you're not stuck emailing about load-in times or backline two days before the gig.

Do you handle booking?
Nope. We jump in after the shows are booked to make sure everything runs smoothly from there.

Can I use both services at the same time?
Absolutely. If you're out playing shows and writing songs, we can support both sides of your career, plus there's a discount when you bundle.

How quickly can we get started?
Usually within a few days. Just reach out and we’ll take it from there.

Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
Nope. We get it, the music biz is a wild ride, and we’re not here to lock you down. We collect your first and last month up front and then bill month to month. When you’re ready to stop, let us know and we’ll apply that final month. No contracts, no pressure.
